TAS2505: The speaker has no sound

I checked the registers configuration and the schematic and I couldn't find anything that could be related with the no-sound issue. I got issue in my EVM with the same registers settings.

Could you provide the following information, please?

Which are the BCLK and WCLK frequencies that customer is using?
After the registers are configured, can customer see the Class-D activity at the SPKP and SPKM outputs? Does he have a scope capture of what he is getting at the outputs?
Do you have the schematic or details of the speaker that he is using?

Based on the SPKP and SPKM captures that you sent, it seems that the Class-D driver is correct. So, we would need to determine if the data interface is correctly configured.

It seems that the WCLK that you are using is similar to the one used in the DSP mode ( www.ti.com/.../slau472.pdf ). However, the data interface is configured in I2S mode. Could customer modify the page 0 / register 27 / bits D7-D6 =01? In this way, the DSP mode will be enabled.

In addition, it seems that the BCLK = 7.5MHz and WCLK = 48KHZ, is this correct? Could customer try with another frequency rate? Usually, the BCLK should be 32 or 64 times higher than the WCLK (1.536MHz or 3.072MHz are usually suggested). BCLK = 7.5MHz is not even multiple of 32.
