hi,using the tpa3156d2 in pbtl,what rms power can i expect into a 2ohm speaker driver.Is there a guide for the size of the heatsink needed when driving a 2ohm load. and was there any testing done using film caps on the lc output filter.Thanks danny ross

Hello Danny,

http://www.ti.com/lit/an/slaa701a/slaa701a.pdf is our application note that we did on LC output filters. RMS power would depend on what output power you want to use. In the datasheet we have the heatsink we used in the EVM, outside of that it would be a design choice dependent on your specs.
