Yes, you can leave all the unused analog outputs as floated when they are not used.
Regarding your question about the input pins, we recommend to connect them to a 0.1uF to 0.47uF to analog ground. The analog input pins are biased, so we recommend to connect them to this capacitor instead of leaving them floating.

HPOUT can be left unconnected if not being used.
AINR and AINL, if not being used, can be shorted together, as shown in section 11 of the TAS2505-Q1 datasheet.
