TAS2505: Handling unused pins on TAS2505

About the TAS2505 data sheet (JAJSDJ0B –FEBRUARY 2013–REVISED NOVEMBER 2016) The signal name of Pin 5 in Pin Configuration and Functions in section 5 is HPOUT. On the other hand, it is NC in the table. Can I use No Connect (Leave unconnected) when the pins are unused? The analog input pins (AINL and AINR) are not used. If so, what should I do with the pins? best regards

Hi,

Yes, you can leave all the unused analog outputs as floated when they are not used.

Regarding your question about the input pins, we recommend to connect them to a 0.1uF to 0.47uF to analog ground. The analog input pins are biased, so we recommend to connect them to this capacitor instead of leaving them floating.
