Part Number: TPA3118D2
We see the TPA3118D2 datasheet and
is the following chart proven that TPA3118 supports to 18W@12V with THD+N=10% and 15W@12V with 1%.
If TPA3116 &3118 curves are same as following, why the description stated differently?
If any suggestion, Please advise me.

i mean is THD+N=1% and THD+N=10% what`s different condition, like as below chart, i see supply voltage was the same 12V,
and the same RL=4ohm, so is mean blue curve is TPA3118D2? and red curve is TPA3116D2?

You made the mistake. The curve shows the difference between 1% and 10% THD at same power supply, not the comparison between TPA3116 and TPA3118.
At same PVCC power, 10% THD application can support more power output.
how to implement 1% and 10% THD+N?
You can check the THD data using Audio Precision Instrument.
