PPC3 update failed

Our customer has a question about PPC3, it appears the update failed as below, could you please provide some suggestions?

Hi, Kailyn,

Has the customer tried to uninstall the PPC3 software and install it again? Sometimes the PPC3 installation has some problems due to a firewall protection. So, could he try to install it again from a different network or disable some firewall protections before the installation.
