Would you pls advise the Tc (max) specification of the TAS5624A device? Can we say that the Tc (max) = Tj-(PD*RthJC)=150-(55*0.6)=117degC in the extreme load and output power conditions?

Hi Wayne,
The equation can only be used if the die of class d device is the only heat source in our consideration. In other word, if we want to find out the max output power it can handle by thermal limitation, we can use this equation. Once the Tc is measured as 117C, we know it's about to be in over temperature.
I think in most cases the temperature limitation is actually on the die, rather than the case. That's why in datasheet we only figure out the maximum Tj.
