i have 4 speakers connected in parallel  all 4 were 6 ohms so now per channal is 3 ohms i have nobsound ns-20g  with Amplifier chip: American TI Texas Instruments TPA3116 ×2 so to get full output what type of charger i should use (volts,amps) I would be grateful for your prompt reply.

    I responded to your question before in this thread: https://e2e.ti.com/support/audio/f/6/t/883955 but you never got back with me on the questions I asked.

    As I asked in the previous thread, I'm a little confused, you said you connected all 4 6ohm speakers in parallel. That should create an impedance of 1.5ohms. Now it sounds like you are actually connecting two of the 6ohm speakers in parallel per output of the amplifier. Is that correct? 

    You are also saying that you plugged this in to your system and didn't get any sound out of it so far? Did you see any faults in the system? Was the output switching?
