Do you mean the customer wants us to convert OPA1688 thermal information in J/kg-K unit, see the image below?
For instance: Junction-to-ambient thermal resistance in DRG package is 63.2C/W, if we invert the value, we are getting 1/63.2 Watt/C = 0.0152 Watt/C or 0.01582 Watt/K.. 1 Watt =1 J/sec, which the unit becomes 0.01582 J/sec-K. If we normalize the thermal unit by the mass of OPA1688 (18.0mg in DRG package) or 18.0*10^(-6) kg, then the thermal unit becomes 2.8476x10^(-7) J/kg-sec-Kevin. (DRG package's mass is 18.0 mg, see the link below).
