[FAQ] PUREPATHCONSOLE: PurePath Console 3 gets stuck while initializing the device

in PCC3 I got no access to the "EVM Apps" (see screenshot)
In my account I have access to the apps of different amplifiers, and I also had access in PCC3 before reinstalling my windows.
I also tried
I also tried to turn off all windows firewalls
But nothing worked. I can login in the PCC3, then there is a red Flag for updating the Software when using the not latest version in previous link, but then also cannot download the new software within the app.
Perhaps there is some connection issue to the TI Server?
I hope you have a suggestion to get it working.

It seems that we are having some issues with some users. Our software team is working to solve this issue. Could you grant me your email address associated to a myTI account and the devices that you would like to use on PPC3? I will send you the plug-in installers so you can use them without problems.

I see you require access to the TAS5751M-TAS5733L-SW and the TAS5805-SW plug ins. These are devices from a different group. Let me address your question to my colleagues in the mid power team in order to help you to get the correct software.
Could you help Daniel to get the PPC3 installers to use the devices mentioned above, please? He is facing issues with PPC3 and he will need of the plug in installers while the software team fixes PPC3.

I will have to ask our PPC3 team for the TAS5751M-TAS5733L-SW installer link and I will post it here when it is available.
I recommend to install in a separate directory to avoid overwriting the PPC3 executable.
