LM49352: Similarity bidirectional I2S to PCM converter ?

I would like to stress that you carefully read the application note I linked to above.  it specifically refers to the LM49370, but is very applicable to the LM49352.

I was recommending to double design for bidirectional system.

or

I was recommending to SRC4190 device for its system.

Using two LM49352s or adding an SRC would allow for bi directional at different sample rates.
