    Could you please tell me about the following items?

    I would like to know about PUREPATH-CMBEVM and TAS5825MEVM.

     

    ・What kind of Input and output are supported by each board?

    ・Is it possible to control DSP by connecting to PC with USB?

    ・Is the software included when I buy these substrates?

    ・Can I get a manual of PPCMB?

     

    I would like to do the following with one device.

    Analog signal input → A / D conversion → Equalizing

    → D / A conversion → Analog signal output

     

    But I couldn’t know if I can achieve my purpose.

    So, I‘m looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi Taka,

    PUREPATH-CMBEVM supports audio inputs: USB input / OPTO-IN / MIC-IN (3.5mm headphone) / PSIA input. They could be selected through TAS5825M PPC3 Audio I/O as below.

    As for your required audio path, it's suggested to use Analog in (3.5mm) -> TAS5825M (with DSP processing) -> Speaker output.

    ・Do I need to buy PUREPATHCONSOLE?

    ・Do you have PUREPATH-CMBEVM and TAS5825MEVM specifications?

    Hi Taka,

    Regarding to your questions,

    1. PUREPATH-CMBEVM and TAS5825MEVM is connected via on-board connectors. What you need to do is simply plug the TAS5825MEVM on the PUREPATH-CMBEVM.

    2. PUREPATHCONSOLE is a TI secured software, no need to buy. Once you get the EVMs, we can grant you the access then you can download it from ti.com.

    3. Specifications are available on their users' guides.
