Part Number: TICSPRO-SW


I am trying to download the TICSPRO software as we have a LMX2595 EVM kit.

When I fill in the form and go to the download page I get the following message:

Sorry! We couldn't find your page.

    Are you using following link and clicking on Request tab under "Buy from Texas Instruments or Third Party" ? If not, could you try once with following link ?


    You would also receive download link over mail if download is approved.

    What email ID are you using ? - is it personal or official ?

    Thank you for your reply.

    Yes, I am using that link. After I click on "Request", I fill in the form and the download page is openend.

    But the download is not starting automatically. Then I press the "Download" button and then I get the message: "Sorry! We couldn't find your page".

    The link in the email is also opening a page with the text: "Sorry! We couldn't find your page".

    I use the email address of my work, is that a problem?

    Hi Prahlad,

    Very sorry for your trouble downloading TICS Pro. I tried downloading it from my TI PC last night, and I also encountered the error page. I think there was a hiccup in our download servers, and we contacted the appropriate maintenance team about it. I believe they have implemented a correction, because I tried downloading TICS Pro again a few minutes ago, the download succeeded. Can you please try one more time?
