Hello,

There is a description which Pout = 2dBm at 15GHz when resister pullup and Pout = 7dBm at 15GHz when 1nH pullup.

When we measured this, we could get only -2 to -1dBm when resister pullup and 3 to 4dBm when 1nH pullup.

There is 3 to 4dB gap between datasheet and measurement.

How much is this value possible to vary?

Beause the datasheet is only defined typ value.

Refer to datasheet Figure 18, 19.
In high temperature 85 deg C, LMX2594 single ended output can't make 15GHz power up to 7dBm, when OUTx_PWR =50, even in inductor pull-up mode.

At 15 GHz, you CANNOT ignore losses on the board, which could easily be more than 3 to 4 dB.

The datasheet numbers have losses de-embedded. The following document gives more details in one of the last chapters exactly how the output power was measured.
