Dear all,
one of my AA is interested to synchronize a 100MHz precise reference with the GPS clock signal (around 2.4GHz).
Since I'm not familiar with this kind of application I was wondering if the LMK05318 can do the job.
regards,
Domenico

Hi Domenico,
Yes, LMK05318 can generate a 100 MHz output clock that is synchronized to GPS-derived reference input, which is typically divided-down to a usable frequency like 10 MHz or even 1 Hz (1 PPS).
Please see this app note: http://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/snaa324
We have the LMK05318EVM and TICSPRO GUI software to allow the customer to evaluate this use case.
Regards,
Alan
