When I start TICS Pro, I am getting an error about firmware on the USB1ANY

I say, OK, and this pops up:

which as you can see is unreadable in terms of instructions. However, I plowed ahead and tried both pushing the button for like 3 seconds releasing it and running it (no luck) and also, holding the button while running it (no luck) and holding it for 10 seconds and releasing it and then running it (no luck). 

Any other ideas?  This is a brand new LMK04828EVM...

    Hi Dan,

    the completed instruction is as follow.
    Prepare the USB2ANY for download:
    1. If a USB cable is connected to the USB2ANY, disconnect it.
    2. While pressing the BSL Button (S1), connect the USB cable.

    The next pop up instruction is:-
    The USB2ANY is ready for download.
    Click the Update Firmware button to start the update process.

    Let us know if you still cannot update the firmware of the USB2ANY.
