CDC329A: package thermal resistance

Hi team, 

Could you please give me the junction to ambient thermal resistance of CDC329A SOIC-16 package (Rth_ja)?

I can’t find it in the datasheet,

My application is a 1-channel 40MHz 5V (in/out) clock buffer with 49-51% output duty cycle.  

Do you know if there is a “better” (or more recent) device that could do the job?
