CDCM6208: Low Earth Orbit Radiation Sensitivity

Does anyone have information on the radiation & latchup performance of flexible low jitter clock generators like the CDCM6208 or the LMK05318? This would be for short duration cube sat missions in LEO so we are not trying to identify space qualified hardware but are hoping to filter out particularly susceptible components. I am also interested if you have suggestions for similarly flexible space grade components.
