we need to check accuracy of the RTC, is there any test process to do the Hardware RTC Accuracy Test ?

To test the accuracy you would somehow need to test it against an external reference. While there is no integrated feature to test the accuracy, you can calibrate the oscillator for better accuracy using register 0x07 CAL_CFG1.
