Can you please specify me the current which can be supported by the VCC pin of the sequencer LM3880 because this information is not quoted in its datasheet.

    Hi

    The data sheet has the quiescent current for the operating case(EN is high). when EN is low, the consuming current is decided by the pull up source of the FLAG.  If the pull up source is different with VCC of LM3880, the current is about the same as operation quiescent if you want to save the power.

    What's the current of your VCC supply IC?

    Re,

    I wanted to say that the battery which feeds the VCC pin delivers a voltage and a current, the voltage must belong to the interval 2.7-5.5V, but the current which it has to deliver is not mentioned. And I need to know its maximum value to size my voltage regulator please.

    Hi

    As mentioned in the previous email, it is up to the pull-up source of the FLAG output. If you want to have minimize the current of the battery, I would suggest to not use the VCC as the pull up source. under this case, the total current follows the operating quiescent current defined in the data sheet.
