Hi,

I just got LMK03806 EVM board to test its performance, but the LMK03806B Evaluation Board User Guide(http://www.ti.com/tool/lmk03806beval) doesn't match with the EVM board, can you update the user guide? I want to test 20MHz crystal with LMK03806, the one I got is 100MHz low jitter oscillator, and its schematics aren't same too.

    Xuezhuan,

    The User's Guide was updated today and should be posted soon.  The LMK03806B Evaluation board has only one option: 100 MHz XO.  However, it is fairly straight forward to update for a XTAL.  The enclosed schematic and instructions should help.

    To modify the PCB for a 20 MHz XTAL the following would need to be done:

    1. Install a crystal in footprint Y1 or Y2

    2. Install the appropriate (for your XTAL) C6, and C9, the datasheet has recommendations on how to determine this value if needed.

    3. For XTAL Y1: then Install R16, it would also be recommended to remove Y3.

    or

    4. For XTAL Y2 (on bottom): install R11 and R22 and Remove R18 and C5.
