Question on Propagation delay/Skew and Input of LMK00105

Please advise me on the following three questions.

Q1. How much the Min & Max propagation delay of LMK00105?

Q2 How much the Max Intra & Inter device skew of LMK00105?

Q3. If VDDO for Bank A and Bank B are different, how it influence to the skew of the outputs?

Q4. Can input of the LMK00105 be interfaced to 1.8V LVCOM?
    If yes, can you provide me an interface example?
