LMX2582: The fractional spurs are very large

I bought LMX2582 and LMX2582 EVM, and I wrote the registers of  LMX2582 in TICS pro software.

But the fractional spurs of the output signal are very large at the fractional frequency. So does LMX2582 EVM.

I don't know why and how to solve it.
