    PLLatinum Sim does work on windows 10 as we have installed it and it is working.

    The only windows issues we have seen are related to the language. For instance, some languages switch the period “.” and the comma “,”, and this causes problems for PLLatinum Sim. For instance, ½ = 0.5 NOT 0,5
    Workaround right now is to switch operating system language to English. We are working on fixing this.

    Could the issue be related to the language?

    If that’s not the issue, could you elaborate on what the customer is having problems with?
