LMX2594: Output configuration

The two recommended (in the Table 39 and the Pin Functions table of the datasheet) output configurations using a pullup resistor and an inductor don't quite match what's done in the EVM (seemingly a combination of both). Could you suggest optimal differential and, especially, single ended output configurations for the output frequency range of 1 to 2 GHz? Thanks.

Dear Mikhail,

thank you for choosing LMX2594 for your application. You outlined that the EVM is not quite configure like table 39 suggest but a combinaison of both. We added an inductor on Vcc to improve isolation on the power supply so this inductor is not part of the pull up. The idea here is a have the best AC ground you can get on top of the pull up component at the frequency of interest; hence the capacitor. Using the inductive pull will get you more swing but you may want to add matching to the output.
