I'm using CDCE62002 as a SERDES Start-Up and Clock Cleaner, just like the 9.2.4 section in the datasheet.
I set the reference clock to auto switch mode. But the circuit doesn't work properly, and 62002 can't switch the reference source automatically. It always uses the output of the crystal oscillator(25MHz) as the reference source.
I did an experiment. After the system works stably, the FPGA recovers the data clock(25MHz). I forced the output of the crystal oscillator to the earth. 62002 can only use the output of FPGA as the reference source. At this time, its output signal is intermittent, sometimes locked, sometimes can not lock. I tried to modify all the parameters, but none of them succeeded.

Is my parameter incorrect or something else that has not been noticed??
