Hello,
we have no enough output power (according to datasheet) for LMX2594EVM.
Single-ended measurements were performed with pull-up inductors 18nH and 1nH and also with 50 Ohm pull-up resistor. The results of measurements compared to the specification are shown in the picture below(cable losses are de-embedded):
What do you recommend to achieve maximum output power for frequency ranges 8GHz - 10GHz and 12GHz-14GHz?
