LMX2594: Input clock vs power supply sequencing

Moreover, I see in the LMX2592 datasheet that a clock signal may be applied when Vcc=0V as long as the signal is limited to 1Vpp.
Can that rule be applied to the LMX2594 as well?

Yes, you can apply OSCin signal to 2594 before it is powered up provided that the OSCin signal swing is within Electrical Characteristic specification.

The ones that states in the "electrical characteristics" that  Vin should be between 0.2Vpp-2Vpp?

or

The ones in the LMX2592 datasheet under "absolute maximun ratings" that states that when Vcc=0V Vin should not pass 1Vpp?

LMX2594 datasheet electrical spec.

I appologize for nagging about it :), but the LMX2594 datasheet does not refer to the condition where the device is unpowered (Vcc=0V).

The only reference to the OSCin input  voltage range is under the electrical characteristics section (Vcc=3.3V) where it is stated that the input voltage may be in the range of 0.2Vpp-2Vpp.

Can I apply 0.2Vpp-2Vpp when Vcc=0V?
