I have an AFE5801 EVM and want to know whether it is compatible with TSW1405 EVM. The signal I try to acquire is in MHz frequency and with pulse waveform.
Also, is it possible to directly connect the AFE5801 EVM to a computer and write a LABVIEW code for the further data conversion ?

The AFE5801 is compatible with the TSW1405EVM, although we recommend the TSW1400. The output of the AFE5801 is serial LVDS at 0.5Gbps or more. I don't know of an interface that would capture the data that quickly.
