Directly placed at FB pin of an LDO.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your query. In your circuit the voltage at the H point of the DPOT can go more than VIN 3.3V. Although it might be within the absolute max limit, I would recommend the following:

    1. Operate theTPL0401 at a higher voltage so that the "H" point is well below it's power supply, OR
    2. Use a fixed resistor between VOUT and FB and connect the DPOT between FB and GND

    Regarding the comment, max output voltage is 3V. so, H point will be at least 0.3V below Vcc.

    What is the requirement. How much delta needed between H point and Vcc?

    Hi,

    As long as the the H point is below VCC of the TPL0401, there is no problem. You don't need a delta between VCC and the H point as specified in the table in section 7.3 of datasheet.
