I tried to reproduce your problem but could not. Please find attached my configuration file. Could you please save the configuration file after register settings and send me? I see from the video that there are some initial settings already done before you face the problem. Could you please explain step by step procedure so that I can try the same in my setup?

There is no power supply sequence for this device.

1. you mean if the issue is happened ,we need to save the register as you provide ,is it correct 

2. When the issue is happened ,we need to save the register without you provide ,is it correct 

3. Turn on power => Read register only make sure the setting is correct  => Turn off the power => click some register button just like "PW_DEV" and "Power Off" for some times (Please note at this moment ,DAC81416 supply from USB2ANY 3.3V only ,without 5V / +15V / -15V) => Turn on power 

We want to make sure if turn on the power and control register (DAC have 3.3V ready) at the same time 

The DAC will have any issue or not 

I can make sure this issue can be reproduce ,but maybe not easy to do

I was able to reproduce the issue. This happens especially when the read-all command is used. I am analyzing the root cause along with the design team. This may take some time to debug the real issue. I will get back by next Wednesday.

I did some more experiments on this. Still not very clear on whether the issue is software related or hardware related. However, I could fins a workaround to get out of the stuck-at issue.

You can do a Read-All after switching on all power supplies and the device starts to work fine.

I am in the process of isolating the software and hardware to reach the root cause of the problem. In the meanwhile, could you please let me know what is the use case where an SPI write operation being performed before completely powering on the device?

I should be able to get back with some conclusion by end of next week. Sorry for being slow in the response due to many parallel tasks.

this is our end customer's requirement ,I need to double confirm with customer
4pcs DAC per board
one system have 8pcs daughter board ,so one system have 32pcs DAC
