I tried installing the software on Windows 10 using suggested solution, but still facing the problem, screen shot attached here. Any suggestions to resolve it.

    Hi Sunita,

    Do you by chance have access to a Windows 7 PC? If so, running this software on Windows 7 may be the easiest solution.

    Otherwise, do you know if the EVM driver is working? Trying opening Device Manager and seeing if the EVM has enumerated properly or not. If it hasn't then you may need to manually install the driver (it can be found under "C:\Program Files (x86)\ADS129xECG-FE\driver").

    Here are some basic instructions for manually installer an EVM Driver: e2e.ti.com/.../2030072. Note you may need to disable Windows driver signature enforcement to install this driver!
