AFE4900: ECG lead problems and ECG noise issues

Part Number: AFE4900

#Qusetion 1.  Lead Problems

In the winter of 2018, we trial-produced the bracelet of the 4900 program. At the time of testing, 9 people out of 10 people could not pass the lead test.

we have make a test like this:

eg.  RA_input_R = 35M,LA_input_R = 35M,RLD_input_R = 35M, AFE4900 lead on;

RA_input_R = 40M,LA_input_R = 40M,RLD_input_R = 40M, AFE4900 lead off;

RA_input_R = 50M,LA_input_R = 50M,RLD_input_R = 50M, AFE4900 lead off;

If the human body is regarded as an equivalent resistor, the highest resistance that the 4900 can test is about 70Meg.

If the human skin is dry in the winter, there may be static electricity, so how to ensure the reliability of the ECG lead?

#Question 2. Noise Issues

Our company has tested the ECG signal of AFE4900 and measured the ECG signal under the condition of ensuring no external interference (for example, human body action). From the perspective of signal quality, this is not a good ECG waveform. When the time is good or bad. For example, in a test, the first few seconds are still better signals, but the signal that follows will be followed by a few seconds, and then the signal will be restored.

#Question 3. Signal Drift

In the ECG signal we collected, there is also a case where the ECG signal baseline continues to drift upward from a lower value.

Please help us to solve the problem about AFE4900, We are very grateful.
