  • Hi Anni,

Please forward a photo of the markings on the top of the package.

I can then give this to our quality department to do further analysis and determine if these are valid parts.

    Hi Anni,

    I apologize for the delay.

I am pushing the group to get a firm resolution on this.

In the meantime, have you found any functional or performance issues with these parts?

    Regards,

    Rob

    Hi Rob,

We haven't found any  functional or performance issues with these parts by now .For we are not sure this production is correct.  we haven't use them .

During inspection, we found the chip  we bought this time (date c ode 2018+) different from the production we bought  before (2015 date code)

After confirmation with the you, we could  process the next step.!.

    Hi Anni,

I am told the N logo should be on the die. From re-reading above and looking at the pictures.

It seems the N logo is present on the 2015 date code die. But not the date code 2018+?

    Is this the correct assumption?

My other question is that is seems the two pictures are taken on different corners of the die. Is there a reason why?

My other question is that is seems the two pictures are taken on different corners of the die. Is there a reason why?---No, we inspection all the 2018 date code die, every corners.  there is  any "N" on the die.
