My customer is looking for one ADC to monitor the 1us width pulse signal, the frequency about this signal is very low, several second or long one time, so whether we have ADC which can capture this signal with triger function. Such as once monitor this pulse, just recode the voltage level and send one flag or alter signal to host?
customer need 16bit, one channel is ok, and it is better is I2C interface.
