TSW1400EVM: Data Transfer Speed

Part Number: TSW1400EVM

What is the data transfer rate from the TSW1400EVM board to the host PC? For example how long would it take to capture the entire sample memory onto the PC? And if there are less than 512MB of samples to capture is this time correspondingly quicker, or does the data transfer always take a fixed amount of time?

    Henry,

    The total time will be around 24 minutes. The delay is due to the slow transfer of data from the DDR memory to the PC using the FTDI USB device. The less samples that are captured, the faster this will complete. The time required is directly related to the sample size chosen.
