Trying to find a zif connector that will fit the ADC08D1520QML-SP component to do some radiation screening tests for potential flight hardware. Any thing helps.
One of our device experts is looking into this. Just to be sure, are you looking for a socket to where you can drop in the ADC (no soldering)?

I am still researching the socket information for you as a recommendation. I am also interested if there any specific rad testing that you share with us that needs to be performed and isn't already available.

This is customer driven and is required on a new program for preliminary latch up testing. Performing this testing on all IC's in the unit and is the only part having troubling finding a zif connector for without getting a custom connector designed and fabricated.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to come up with much on this.
I have been told our ATE socket is a special in that it tests the pre-lead-formed part in a special carrier.
You should be able to find a 128-pin CFP socket that would fit this part depending on the lead-forming…the mechanical info is on ti.com http://www.ti.com/product/ADC08D1520QML-SP/pinout-quality

Can you let me know which company makes the custom socket for this part? As of now looks like this will be the direction I will need to take and get a custom one made, having no luck finding a standard size for the IC package.
