could you help confirm any problems with the schematic about ADS127L01, or have any suggestions or comments,thanks for your help.4_daq.pdf

    The schematics for the ADS127L01, THS4551, and REF6025 look correct.  The pin numbers for the devices are correct, and you have the correct circuit configuration.  Once you have the boards built, you may need to adjust some of the resistor or capacitor values to get optimum performance.

    For the THS4551, make sure there is a supply bypass capacitor, 0.1uF+10uF, near the VS+ pins to ground.  Also, you can eliminate C129 and R77 and directly connect pin 12, /PD, to the VS+ pins to permanently keep the THS4551 powered up.

    good day,

    The layout of the new case is nearing completion.Once connected, four IEPE sensors will be connected, and four ADS127L01 will have a one 4.096MHz crystal (Y4).

    Will be synchronized, do the traces between the crystal (Y4) and the four ADS127L01 need equal distances? or what I pay attention to?

    For simultaneous sampling, yes, it is best that each CLK line is the same distance from the ADC to the clock oscillator.  However, this really depends on your system requirements.

    The other signal to consider is START.   The START pin on each ADC needs to be driven at the same time.  You can either connect all 4 START pins to the same MCU IO pin, or simultaneously pulse all 4 START pins.  These traces should also be equal distance from each ADC to the MCU.
