ADS1258-EP: Looking for thermal resistance value, not listed in datasheet

Part Number: ADS1258-EP

I am looking for the thermal resistance value for part number ADS1258MRTCTEP. The datasheet describes the "low thermal resistance of the package to the printed circuit board" but does not include the actual value. Any of the following values would be helpful: junction to air, junction to board, or junction to case.
