The thermal information for the ADS1258 and ADS1258-EP is not in the datasheet.  Is this information available?

    VQFN (RTC) Package:

    Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value) 27.1
    Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value) 18
    Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value) 11.6
    Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value) 0.3
    Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value) 11.6
    Result-Theta JC, bottom (standard datasheet value) 4.4


    HTQFP (PHP) Package:

    Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value) 31.5
    Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value) 22.5
    Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value) 15.0
    Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value) 0.5
    Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value) 15.0
