I'm not aware of any linearity issues through the input range of the ADC. The max INL should be ±0.0125% of the full-scale range.
Can you describe your schematic and the setup? There may be some schematic-related issue that could cause a non-linearity in the measurement. I can't think of any reason that the ADC would get stuck on 2AAA as a measurement.

I hadn't heard back from you and I thought I'd check on your non-linearity problem. As I mentioned in my previous post, the max INL should be ±0.0125% of the full-scale range, and there shouldn't be any reason for a stuck code.
I'll close this thread for now. However, if you continue to have problems, give me a few more details about how you see this problem as you change the input voltage. Post back and we can work on this more.
