Help !

Out-of-the-box! USB connected, Headphone's plug-in the headphone jack. Software installed and seeing modem device (windows sees the modem and is sound card/device). Playing a CD in the PC produces NO Sound out the the headphones. Documenting not much help in the overall Test! followed it very carefully.

What am I doing this wrong.

    Hello,

First, launch the software and verify that  the Device Connected LED is lit.

Then click the DAC/Line Outputs tab and set the buttons and knobs as below:

Then click the High Power Outputs tab and set as below:

This should help you to get started. Please configure and play audio before wearing the headphones as the volume might be very loud.

     Regards,

    JA

    Hi Russell,

I'm glad you got it working.

You can visit http://focus.ti.com/docs/toolsw/folders/print/tlv320aic33evm-pdk.html for more information about our PDK. There you can find the latest software (with the USB Connection LED), the PDK User's Guide and a troubleshooting guide in case you run into any driver problems.

I wish you the best with your application and thank you for your interest in TI products.

    Regards,

    JA
