I am attempting to set up an audio IP on IP1 and send it to line out via the digital loopback path. If I use the analog capability to do the same thing, everything is OK. It appears the problem is in the ADC/DAC, perhaps clock setup. I have tried everything I can think of using the GUI.I have been carefully through the clock setup and believe I have it set correctly. Because of internal dependencies on the order of doing things, do I need to run a script? Does anyone have a script to do this on the EVM they are willing to share. Any help is much appreciated.

I recommend to take a look at this script. It may be used to configure the digital loopback on the EVM. I only recommend to ensure that all the jumpers and switches are in default state.
