TLV320AIC3204 audio codec and TPA3007D1 audio power amplifier

You want to put the TLV320AIC3204 and TPA3007D1 in a box, and have a cable run 100 m to a second box containing the speaker and the mic?

Is my understanding correct?

Sorry, this is a somewhat unusual application, so I'm afraid I won't be able to offer you any concrete recommendations.

I think one thing you can be sure of is you need to put a mic pre-amp at the box end, and even then, your mic signal is probably going to be corrupted by the noise on the speaker wires from the class-D amp.

You will need some serious filtering and isolatino in your system...

Thanks Don. yes I put pre-amplifier at the box end and I am able to listen at other end what I am speaking at the box end with background noise. Please tell me solution to supress this background noise. I will get clear voice if I am able to supress this noise.Can I do it by setting some filter values in TLV320AIC3204. Also with TPA3007D1 I am getting clear voice with 8 ohm speaker at box end from other end. Only needs some efficient filtering to supress background noise. Please help me to have solution for this. Noise is a little tricky... You can try better shielded wires, RC filtering on the cable, DSP filtering, etc, etc.

It's very system-dependent, so you're going to have to test different things on your system to see which is most effective for you.

with your suggestion of use of shielded wires and RC filters, noise is reduced almost to zero from system. Now only problem in current system is I am getting echo in the speaker. whatever I spoke through MIC from one end is audio-able at other end(100 m) as well as at same end where MIC is connected. Please help me to sort out this problem. Thank you very much...........
