Regarding Pure Path Studio,

Could I program my own dinamic processing component from C language or I need to use CCS ( and not miniDSP) for creating new components?

Unfortunately, we don't support use outside of PPS.

But then I have a doubt,

Could I program a miniDSP as TLV320AIC3254 through another platform? Which? Perhaps from CCS.
