Doubt regarding AIC3254EVM-K

Hi Everyone,

I promoted AIC3254 to one customer and gave them AIC3254EVM-K. Now they started interfacing MSP430 launchpad with EVM-K. When there is a I2C connection b/w motherboard and AIC3254 board, customer is able to configure the registers in AIC3254 via I2C from MSP430 launchpad. But when they disconnect I2C interface b/w AIc3254 board and motherboard, they are not able to configure registers in AIC3254 from launchpad, they also put pull-up properly b/w launchpad and AIC3254 board. In this case they are using motherboard only for powering AIC3254 which is present on the top board.

Please post a screenshot of the SCL and SDA signals with the USB-MODEVM disconnected and the MSP430 trying to access the AIC.
