AIC3254 as two channel 96ksps ADC

Hi,

We are already using AIC3254 in one of our audio applications. We currently require a two channel ~100ksps ADC and are looking if the AIC3254 can be used for the same. Provided that we are only interested in AC coupling and limiting the input signal to 0.375 Vrms, what other issues are to be looked into while using the codec for an ADC for voltage signals?
