Cross for ADI: SSM2167

I have a customer who is using ADI: SSM2167 (low volt. microphone preamplifier with variable compression and noise gating)

I found the LM833 but it seems to be only part of the solution.

Please recommend a full-cross for this part. Doesn't matter if multiple components are necessary.
