PPS install issue

Dear Sirs

I install setup_PurePath_Studio_Portable_Audio_v4.10_build2_rev9120.

When I open the PPS, error message will be happen.

And I can not use PPS.

The error message is shown as follow:

  • Hi Nat,

    Can you try re-installing it with the following steps:
    1) Run the uninstall purepath studio file
    2) Find the folder that is called "Texas Instruments Inc" (It is usually located within your documents folder)
    3) Go into that folder and delete all folders/files that have "Purepath Studio" in the name
    4) Run the installer again.

    Let me know if that works.

  • Hi Nat,

    Are you running PPS as an administrator?

    That error makes me think that you are missing a file from your installation folder. I have attached images showing each file you should have within your Purepath Studio folder. Default locations is: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments Inc\PurePath Studio (Portable Audio) MiniDSP 5.95"

    Can you check to make sure you have all the files?
