I already made some tests with the TLV320ADC3101EVM. I changed the sample frequencies while the device worked and the output signal worked as expected. So, the sampling rate can be changed dynamically.

We suppose to use miniDSP function with PurePath studio.
So we should choose the Framework depending on sample rates (48KHz or 96KHz).

Can we ignore these differences?

To chose the framework is necessary to match with the supported sample rates as the help window shows.

So, if your sample rate is 96KHz, you must chose the ADC3101 2x. For the case of 48KHz, the correct framework would be ADC3101 4x.

I understand we should choose framework depending on sample rates.

We suppose to change Fs depending on the external input clock as below.
(Maybe you tested before and confirmed that the sampling rate could be changed dynamically.)

1. fs=48kHz : BCLK=1.536MHz, WCLK=48kHz
2. fs=96kHz : BCLK=6.144MHz, WCLK=96kHz

So, we afraid how to change framework.
We wish the proper framework (48KHz or 96KHz) is selected dynamically depending on changing sampling rate.
Would it be possible?

As the help window mentions, both frameworks supports some sample rates that must be respected for a proper behavior. If the sample rate changes from 48KHz to 96KHz, you must change the framework too.

You're right. When you select the framework, you must be sure that the sample frequency must match with the supported sample rates. It could be possible to change the sample rate only if the framework accept that value (for example, from 44.1KHz to 48KHz if you use the ADC3101 4x framework or from 88.2 KHz to 96KHz if you use the ADC3101 2x framework).
