Hi

Our customer intends to stop supplying power for AVDD and CPVDD to save the power when not use PCM5101A output without turning off the BCK and LRCK clocks. Is there any problem?
I think that PCM5101A power can be also controlled by SCK signal level because he does not have a plan using SCK clock.
Which is better way to enter PCM5101A into standby mode?

I may have misunderstood PCM510xA Power Modes section of the datasheet.
Does the charge pump stop only at the power down mode?

Hi Akio,

If CPVDD and AVDD are not powered then the device will go into a sleep state until the rails are powered again. If DVDD is still powered then leaving the clocks on should not be a problem.
